The Daily Ticket is available at full price or at a reduced price. The Evening Ticket, on the other hand, has a single price and is valid for everyone. With the Daily Ticket, you can enter at any time you prefer from the time indicated on the ticket, with no limit on how long you can stay until the Village closes. The Evening Ticket allows access from 19:00 until closing time.
All attractions are included in the ticket with unlimited access, including the Ice Skating Rink, Rides, Shows across the three theatres, Santa Claus House, Grinch House, Christmas Big Balls, the Christmas Singing Tree, Parades, Selfie Stations and all the characters bringing the magic of Christmas to life. The only attraction not included is the Ferris Wheel, which requires a separate ticket that can be purchased directly on site. All attractions are operational throughout the park’s opening hours, and the shows also have multiple performances throughout the day.

Inside the Village you will find several food outlets offering a delicious variety of hot, sweet and savoury foods. You will also find the Christmas Restaurant, open every day for lunch with a self-service formula, as well as a burger restaurant, pizzeria and much more. There is also an exclusive food station dedicated to gluten-free products.
People with severe certified disabilities under Italian Law 104/92, Art. 3, paragraph 3, or with 100% civil disability, are admitted free of charge. If the documentation provides for the presence of a companion, the companion is also admitted free of charge. People with mild or moderate disabilities under Law 104, Art. 1, or with civil disability below 100%, are entitled to a reduced-price ticket. The relevant documentation must be presented at the dedicated ticket counter in order to receive free or reduced-price tickets.

As the event has a maximum capacity, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee availability for your preferred day and to enter directly without queuing. Once capacity has been reached, ticket sales for that specific day will be closed. Additional tickets may become available on site as visitors leave the Village, but a specific entry time cannot be guaranteed: you may have to wait for visitors to leave before new visitors can be admitted.
There are two types of tickets available: Daily and Evening. Daily Tickets start at €16 for adults and €12 for reduced tickets, while Evening Tickets have a single price of €12 for everyone. The Le Ciminiere Exhibition Centre is located in the city centre, so you can use the city parking areas available along the surrounding streets, both free parking and paid blue-line spaces. You can also easily reach the venue by train, as it is right next to Catania Central Station, or by bus or Metro, getting off at Giovanni XXIII station.

The reduced Daily Ticket is valid for children aged 4 to 12 and for people with mild or moderate disabilities under Law 104, Art. 1, or with civil disability below 100%. The relevant documentation must be presented at the dedicated ticket counter.
Children up to 3 years old are always admitted free of charge. From 4 to 12 years old, children can enter with the reduced Daily Ticket, while the Evening Ticket has a single price for everyone, both adults and children aged 4 to 12.
Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Once you leave the Village, re-entry is not permitted.
To access the Ice Skating Rink, minors must be accompanied by an adult to complete the waiver for the use of the attraction. If the adult is not present inside the Village, they may go to the dedicated ticket counter outside to complete the waiver in the presence of one of our operators. The completed waiver can then be handed directly to the minor at the entrance to the Ice Skating Rink.
The Village remains open even in case of rain, as most attractions are indoors or covered. Only some attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.

Yes. The only difference with the Evening Ticket is that entry is from 19:00 onwards. All attractions are active from opening to closing, and the shows also have multiple performances throughout the day. Of course, you have less time available, so it may not be possible to experience every attraction. The Parades cannot be attended with an Evening Ticket because they take place before the evening entry time.
