All attractions are included in the ticket with unlimited access, including the Ice Skating Rink, Rides, Shows across the three theatres, Santa Claus House, Grinch House, Christmas Big Balls, the Christmas Singing Tree, Parades, Selfie Stations and all the characters bringing the magic of Christmas to life. The only attraction not included is the Ferris Wheel, which requires a separate ticket that can be purchased directly on site.

People with severe certified disabilities under Italian Law 104/92, Art. 3, paragraph 3, or with 100% civil disability, are admitted free of charge. If the documentation provides for the presence of a companion, the companion is also admitted free of charge.

People with mild or moderate disabilities under Law 104, Art. 1, or with civil disability below 100%, are entitled to a reduced-price ticket.

It is mandatory to present the relevant documentation at the dedicated ticket counter.

Children up to 3 years old are always admitted free of charge. Children from 4 to 12 years old are eligible for the reduced-price daily ticket. The evening ticket, on the other hand, has a single price for both adults and children aged 4 to 12.

Only when purchasing the ticket online, visitors are entitled to a 15% discount voucher valid at all KFC restaurants in Sicily and Calabria from 5 December to 6 January. The discount code is included in the PDF of the digital ticket, together with all the information needed to use it.

The Daily Ticket is available at full price or at a reduced price. The Evening Ticket, on the other hand, has a single price and is valid for everyone. With the Daily Ticket, you can enter at any time you prefer from the time indicated on the ticket, with no limit on how long you can stay until the Village closes. The Evening Ticket allows access from 19:00 until closing time, offering a unique atmosphere of lights and colours. On 25 December and 1 January, Evening Tickets are not available because the park opens at 16:00. On these days, the Daily Ticket is the only ticket available, with entry from 16:00 onwards and no limit on how long you can stay until closing. On 24 December, the park closes early at 19:00.

On 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 December, Daily Tickets and Evening Tickets are available at a special price, subject to availability.

Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Once you leave the Village, re-entry is not permitted.

The Village is open even in case of rain, as most attractions are indoors or covered. Some attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons.

To access the Ice Skating Rink, minors must be accompanied by an adult to complete the waiver for the use of the attraction. If the adult is not present inside the Village, they may go to the dedicated ticket counter outside to complete the waiver in the presence of one of our operators. The completed waiver can then be handed directly to the minor at the entrance to the Ice Skating Rink.

If you are unable to attend the event on the date purchased, through the “Resale” service provided by Ciaotickets, you will be able to put your ticket back on sale for a €2 commission. (See details on www.ciaotickets.com)
